高职教育工具化倾向及其矫正

职业化是高职教育的特点,但对职业化的过分强调会走入工具化的误区,致使高职教育沦为产业化的工具。在工具化思想倾向影响下,高职教育存在片面强调职业化、单向度训练学生的职业技能、忽视对学生的成人教育等问题,不利于培养健全的职业人。高职教育应不忘“立德树人”这一“初心”,牢记培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人这一“使命”,坚持德业并举,践行全程育人、全员育人的理念,矫正工具化思想倾向,培育集高超的职业技能和良好的道德素养于一身的健全的职业人。

On the Tendency and Correction of Instrumentalization in Higher Vocational Education

Professionalization is the characteristic of higher vocational education,but the overemphasis on professionalism will go into the misunderstanding of instrumentalization,which will make higher vocational education become the tool of industrialization.Under the influence of ideological tendency of instrumentalization,higher vocational education emphasizes professionalism unilaterally,trains students'vocational skills in one-dimensional training,neglects the education of students as persons,and ultimately leads to the result of unsound professionals.Higher vocational education should not forget“our original aspiration”of“fostering virtue through education”,keep firmly in mind the“mission”of nurturing a new generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause,adhere to moral character and skills together,practice the concept of whole-process education and all-staff education,correct ideological tendency of instrumentalization,and cultivate sound professionals with superb professional skills and good moral accomplishment.
