| Abstract: | Modern economic contract theory is the forefront research field in the mainstream economics in the last twenty years. The focus of this theory is in solving the economic mainstays of the acts of opportunism, including the research of incentive mechanism establishment, team theory, property theory, auction mechanism, organization design, enterprise boundaries, and human resources. It is considered as the main tool for the economists to analyze economic phenomena. |
