生源地信用助学贷款的政策解析

2007年8月财政部、教育部、国家开发银行发布《关于在部分地区开展生源地信用助学贷款试点的通知》。1999、2004、2007年接连出台的三个国家助学贷款政策在贷款性质、贷款主体及还款责任、贷款期限、贷款方式、贷款利息、风险补偿金、贷后管理等7个方面存在差异。新的生源地信用助学贷款政策中仍存在着一些问题，需要通过相应的配套措施来解决。
