摘    要:以已出菇后的棉籽壳(120~830μm)为吸附材料吸附溶液中的亚甲基蓝,考察了pH值、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、棉籽壳粒径、棉籽壳用量、反应时间等因素对亚甲基蓝的去除率的影响。试验结果表明,棉籽壳在碱性条件下更容易吸附亚甲基蓝,当pH值等于10时,棉籽壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量最大;增加棉籽壳用量和反应时间,吸附去除率均增加;去除率随亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增大而减小,随棉籽壳粒径的减小而增大。红外光谱分析表明,在棉籽壳基质中可能存在吸附亚甲基蓝染料的-OH、COO-和C=O等官能团。

Abstract:Spent cottonseed hull substrate (SCHS, 120--830μm), which had been cultivated for Pleuro- tus ostreatus, was used for the adsorption of methylene blue. Some factors, such as pH, initial concentra- tion of methylene blue, particle size, SCHS dosage and reaction time, were investigated in this paper. The results showed that. under the condition of alkaline solution, the methylene blue was adsorbed more easily by SCHS. Especially, the capacity of adsorption got to the maximum when the pH was 10. With the in- crease of SCHS dosage and reaction time, the adsorption removal rate increased, and the rate declined with increasing initial concentration of methylene blue while ascended with decreasing particle size. The methyl- ene blue may be adsorbed by some functional groups like -OH, COO-- and C=O, which may exist in SCHS.
