师范院校本科生微生物发酵实验教学改革探讨

本文结合本校生物类本科生实验课程教学现有水平，从教学内容、方法和考核手段等多方面对微生物发酵实验课程进行了改革和实践。主要包括增加设计性和综合性实验比例，综合运用“双师”授课、传学帮带、自主实验、分工协同等教学方式，增加基础考核和综合考核等考核方法。通过本实验教学改革，既提高了微生物发酵实验课的教学效果，又提升了学生的实践操作能力、团队协作精神和科学素养。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Microbial Fer- mentation Experiments for Undergraduates of Normal Colleges and Universities

Combined with the present level of experiment teach-ing for biology majors in our college, this paper made a reform and practice from teaching contents, teaching methods and eval-uations methods for the experiment course of microbial fermenta-tion. The reform mainly includes increasing the proportion of de-sign-based and comprehensive experiments, comprehensively using ＆quot;dual-quality teacher＆quot; instruction to guide students＆#39; au-tonomous and cooperative experiments, applying basic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The reform has not only improved the teaching effect of microbial fermentation experiments, but also improved students＆#39; practical ability, teamwork spirit and scientif-ic accomplishment.
