师范院校本科生微生物发酵实验教学改革探讨

摘    要:本文结合本校生物类本科生实验课程教学现有水平,从教学内容、方法和考核手段等多方面对微生物发酵实验课程进行了改革和实践。主要包括增加设计性和综合性实验比例,综合运用“双师”授课、传学帮带、自主实验、分工协同等教学方式,增加基础考核和综合考核等考核方法。通过本实验教学改革,既提高了微生物发酵实验课的教学效果,又提升了学生的实践操作能力、团队协作精神和科学素养。

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Microbial Fer- mentation Experiments for Undergraduates of Normal Colleges and Universities

Abstract:Combined with the present level of experiment teach-ing for biology majors in our college, this paper made a reform and practice from teaching contents, teaching methods and eval-uations methods for the experiment course of microbial fermenta-tion. The reform mainly includes increasing the proportion of de-sign-based and comprehensive experiments, comprehensively using "dual-quality teacher" instruction to guide students' au-tonomous and cooperative experiments, applying basic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. The reform has not only improved the teaching effect of microbial fermentation experiments, but also improved students' practical ability, teamwork spirit and scientif-ic accomplishment.
