| 摘 要： | 高校科研经费管理主要存在三个方面的问题,即科研经费管理制度不完善,科研经费使用过程不合理和科研经费绩效考核不健全.要解决以上问题,必须健全完善科研经费管理制度,严格控制科研经费使用状况,并建立科学的科研经费绩效考核体系.

| Abstract: | The management of research funds in universities mainly has three aspects,namely,scientific research funds management system is not perfect,scientific research funds do not use reasonable and scientific research funds performance evaluation is not perfect.To solve the above problems,we must perfect the management system of scientific research expenditure of scientific research funds,must strictly control the use of status,and the establishment of the scientific research funds performance evaluation system. |
