高校冬季体育冰上课教学与大学生健康人格的培养

面对日趋激烈的社会竞争，只有综合素质较高的人才能社会的需要，大学生只有在体能、智能和人格等方面的协调发展，才能适应未来社会的需要。冬季体育冰上课教学使大学生的个性与冬季体育教学环境的相互作用而形成和改变，因而个性也就在其中得到充分展示与发展；在培养大学生的运动技能的同时，培养其健康、合理的生活方式，集体主义精神、爱国主义精神，刻苦耐劳、顽强拼搏精神；对健康个性的发展，人际交往能力、合作能力、竞争能力、创新能力等有积极的促进作用。在冬季体育冰上课教学中，体育教师应构建冰上体育教学培养大学生健康人格的理念，突破传统的教学方式才能满足大学生个性的需求，才能调动他们参加冬季体育冰上课学习的积极性；利用多元化的教学方式培养个性鲜明，富有团队意识、协作精神，具有较强的社会适应能力、创造能力和抗挫折能力的大学生以适应未来社会的需要；构建良好的冰上教学环境，并利用不同的教学内容、方法和手段有效地培养、提升或塑造大学生适应不同职场、社会职务或角色的健康性格与多种能力，引导个性的健康发展。

Developing the Undergraduates/ Healthy Personality with Winter Sports Teaching on the Ice

In Face of the increasingly boiling social competition, only the person with higher comprehensive quality can meet the social needs. Only an undergraduate with coordinated growth of physique, intelligence and personality can be suitable for the future society. The winter sports teaching on the ice may shape the undergraduates＂ personality by its interaction with the winter sports teaching surroundings, so their personality will get a better show and development. At the same time of developing their sports skills, it will has positive effect on the development of healthy personality, interpersonal skill, teamwork ability, competitiveness and innovation ability to develop their healthy and reasonable lifestyle, collectivism, patriotism, hardworking spirit. In winter sports teaching on the ice, the teacher should has the idea of developing the undergraduates ~ healthy personality with teaching on the ice against traditional teaching modes, so as to meet their needs of personality and motivate them to learn in teaching on the ice. The paper suggests developing the undergradu ates＂ vivid personality, team spirit, better social adaptability, creative ability, anti frustration ability to be suitable for the future society by diversified teaching modes; providing well teaching conditions on the ice and various teaching contents, methods and means to effectively improve their healthy personality and com prehensive quality for diverse social positions and roles.
