| 摘 要： | 下棋讲究开局,良好的局势是迅速制胜的基础。企业中的人员配置过程如同下棋布局,员工就犹如棋子,如何合理运用手中的每一个棋子,即如何合理安排员工是企业保持稳定高效运转的前提。德国作为世界经济强国之一,拥有着丰富先进的企业管理经验,其＂出‘棋’制胜＂的人力布局,从而能使其人力资源的管理赢在开局的管理之道,更是彰显出其管理模式的独到之处。

| Abstract: | The most important part during chessing is the beginning,and a good situation is the rapidly winning foundation,so it is with the process of staffing distribution in business.Just like chess pieces,how to take properly advantage of each chess piece,that is to say how to arrange the staff reasonably is the assurance of an enterprise＇s stable and efficient operation.As one of the world＇s economic powers,Germany has a rich experience in advanced enterprise management.The ＂a ＇game＇ to win＂ human layout,which makes the humun resources chargement win at the first attempt demonstrates the unique feature of its management model. |
