边疆民族地区城镇化与经济协调发展的时空演变特征研究——以云南省为例

利用2002~2013年统计资料,以云南为例进行相关研究,研究表明:1.城镇化和经济发展间存在复杂多变的耦合关系;2.政府政策对于地区经济社会发展具有重要的引导作用;3.其协调度空间分布差异显著。对此,发展较好的地区中心城市,应注重培育区域经济增长极;城镇化水平限制经济发展的地区,应消除限制因素,发展特色小城镇;经济发展与城镇化水平均较低的地区,应发展特色产业和特色小城镇,以此推动城镇化进程。

An Analysis of the Characteristics of Spatial-temporal Variationsa bout the Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Economic Development to the Frontier and Ethnic Minority Areas --The Case of Yunnan Province

Based on the data of Statistical Yearbook of Yunnan Province in 2002 - 2013 and the case of Yunnan Province, the results of the studies show that： （ 1 ） there is a complex and coupling relationship between urbanization and economic-development ; （ 2 ） the government＇s policy has an important guiding role to the regional economic and social development;（ 3 ）there is the significant differ- ence in the spatial distribution of the coordination degree. Therefore, the government should continue to pay attention to cultivating the regional economic growing pole for the regional central cities with better development; the limiting factors should be eliminated and distinctive towns should be established for the areas where economic development is limited by the urbanization level; the distinctive industries and small towns should be developed to push the process of urbanization for the areas with low level of economic development and urbanization.
