| 摘 要： | 构建高职人才培养质量保障体系应该考虑四大要素:政府的决策、学校的办学基础和条件、人才培养模式、教育教学评价体系。因此,需要从政府主导、学校的办学特色、目标定位、培养模式、师资队伍以及评估体系等方面下功夫来构建科学的高职人才培养质量保障体系。
