| 摘 要： | 发生于1916年的停兑令事件是我国近代金融史上一次著名的金融风潮。中国银行的上海分行率先抗令,得到其他分行的响应和商股股东等各方面的支持,这一风潮维护了金融秩序,取得了成功。其成功是因为顺应了时势民心,得到江浙金融资产阶级、地方政府和列强在华势力等各方面的支持。

| Abstract: | The Agitation Raised by the Order of Suspensing of Specie Payment in 1916 was one of the famous agitations in modern financial history.The article relate the whole course of Shanghai Branch of Bank of China took the lead in resisting the order of suspensing of specie payment,and analyese the succeed causes.Its behaves also sustained by other branches of Bank of China and the shareholders,and kept the financial order. |
