成人高等教育体育教学作为成人高等教育的一个重要组成部分,在成人高等教育中有着举足轻重的作用,是成人教育不可或缺的内容之一.在查阅大量文献的基础上,就我国成人高等教育体育教学的现状、存在的问题以及今后的改革发展对策进行了初步的探讨和分析.对我国现有的成人高等教育体育教学的课程设置、教学模式以及教学评价和成绩考核方式进行改革,以提高学生的学习兴趣,使学生掌握进行终生体育锻炼所需的基本知识和技能,培养学生的终生体育意识和习惯,是提高高等成人教育体育教育效果和全面提高学生素质的关键.

Current higher adult P. E. and countermeasures in China

As an indispensable part of the higher adult education, higher adult P. E. plays a vital role in it. Based on consulting a large number of literature, the current adult P. E. , problems and future development of the adult P. E. reform are discussed and analyzed in the paper. The higher adult P. E. curriculum, teaching mode, teaching evaluation and examination mode reform, instructing the students the basic knowledge and skills to improve the students' interest in study and cultivating students' life-long physical consciousness and habits are keys to improving students' comprehensive quality.
