| 摘 要： | 跆拳道于2000年被列为悉尼奥运会正式比赛项目后，在众多国家和地区迅速得到发展，我国也在世界各类比赛中取得了较好的成绩：2002年8月世界跆拳道联盟对竞赛规则进行了较大修改，这对跆拳道运动训练与竞赛产生了很大的影响，也促使我们对其进行思考，设计出一套全新的技术训练框架。

| Abstract: | Since being listed as one item of the Olympics game, TKD has made great development in many countries and regions all over the world. It is the same case with China, who has winad great developments there. In the year of 2002, August, some modification of the TKD rules was made by the world TKD Union. Thus has cast great influence on our domestic training of the TKD, and at the same time, given us more thought about the new technical training and to design a new frame. |
