| 摘 要： | 本研究从长春工程学院随机抽取了500名大学生为研究对象，采用目前国内大学生心理健康调查研究广泛运用的《症状自评量表（SCL-90）》作为测量工具，对大学生目前的心理健康状况进行了研究。本文针对大学生心理健康问题的现状，从生理、心理、社会、学校家庭等多种角度进行了原因的探讨、调查与分析，并提出了提高大学生心理健康水的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The random sample of 500 college students at the College of Changchun Institute of Technology adopt Symptom Self -evaluation Measure Form（SCL -90）, and investigate the present state of mental health of university students. This article aims at researching the state of mental health of university students, from the point of view of physiology, psychology, society, and school, family and so on, which has explored, investigated and analyzed the reasons, and then put forward some suggestions of improving the level of the students＇ mental health. |
