我国职业能力开发的现状与展望

职业能力开发是一种根据职业分类和职业资格标准,通过培养、训练来发掘人的从业能力和心理潜质的教育活动.我国职业能力开发始于20世纪90年代初期,近20年的发展中,职业能力开发在政策法规、社会机构、开发模式等方面取得了一些成就,但也存在一些问题,如个体认识性和主动性不高、政府的宣传与执行度低、尚未建立健全职业能力开发体系.因此,进一步提高和加强个体职业能力开发的自我意识性,重视政府的宣传度和执行度,建立和完善健全的职业能力开发体系,对我国职业能力开发的实施具有重要的理论和实践意义.
