摘    要:国内外许多外语研究者和教育家都认为,自主学习能力的培养是语言教学最重要的目标之一。学生个性化方法的形成和学生自主学习能力的发展是高职英语教学模式改革成功的标志。高职学生英语自主学习能力的培养,不仅取决于他们对自主学习重要性的认识态度,而且取决于自主学习策略的培养。自主学习理论要求学习者具有自主学习的能力,要求教师与学习者根据新型学习理念重新进行角色定位,并选择适合学习者个性特点的学习策略,以促进学习者的学业成就。
