| 摘 要： | 在阐述机构知识库联盟概念、建设意义的基础上，对国内外主要国家层面和区域性机构知识库联盟项目的发展现状进行总结，并从机构知识库联盟可持续发展的角度提出5个关键问题：组织管理模式、政策框架、知识产权策略、技术组织方式及服务，以期为机构知识库联盟在我国的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the concept and significance of institutional repository network, the paper summarizes the development of major projects of national and regional institutional repository network. In order to provide reference for China, the authors point out key issues of the development of institutional repository network from the perspective of sustainable development: organization model, policy framework, intellectual property strategy, technology issues and services. |
