| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家是我国的重大战略选择,符合了时代发展的潮流。高等学校在人才培养和科技创新中发挥了重要作用。新形势下,高等学校应该进一步加强观念创新,营造创新环境,完善创新机制,在建设创新型国家中承担新的历史使命。

| Abstract: | Constructing an innovation-oriented country is a great strategic decision in China which accords with the current of times.Higher universities and colleges play a significant role in the cultivation of talented people and innovation of science & technology.In the new situation,higher universities and colleges must further strengthen innovation of concept,construct environment of innovation,and consummate mechanism of innovation so as to take on a new historic mission in constructing an innovation-oriented country. |
