中国足球改革的路径选择

足球改革是对我国计划经济体制下政府办体育模式的一种创新,目的是提高我国足球运动的水平,满足政府对其社会效益的需求,实现足球产业产业的目标。我国的足球改革已经实行了9年,但与日本和韩国相比我们的水平并没有明显的提高,反而在足球改革中出现了很多问题,像假球和黑哨等,引发了人们对这种改革模式的怀疑,本文运用了新制度经济学的理论解释了我国为什么采取这种改革方式,分析了采取这种方式所产生的弊端的原因,并就进一步的制度创新进行了探讨。

Path Selected of Chinese Football Innovation

Football reform is a innovation to the pattern of run sport in planning economics in order to improve football level of China ,satisfy government's requirement of social benefits and accomplish football industry run independently in marketing economics. Football reform has been carried out for nine years, but compares with Japan and Korea, our football level did not improve clearly, at the same time it has emerged many questions, for example "false match, unfair chirp" etc. These make people doubt the pattern of football's reform .The article interprets why do we take the pattern football's reform, the reason of emerging questions in the process of reform, and argued relevant issues in institutional innovation.
