| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT方法对中国城市体育服务业的内部条件和外部环境作详细分析，客观地提出中国城市体育服务业具有的优势、弱势以及面临的机遇和威胁。同时在SWOT分析的基础上结合中国体育服务业的具体实际，总结归纳中国体育服务业战略发展策略，为政府及其管理部门制定体育服务业的发展战略提供决策依据。
