| 摘 要： | 采用VOSviewer软件分析2015-2019年Web of Science平台核心合集中成人注意力缺陷多动障碍文献,发现研究集中于症状表现、诊断及评量、病理与治疗,热点为成人注意力缺陷多动障碍与共病障碍的相互作用、儿童研究产生之诊断评量工具对于成人的适用性、药物和心理治疗对成人的应用效果。未来研究可集中在探索该障碍在整个生命周期的变化、后果及干预,建立多维诊断评量模式,加强成人患者的治疗及效果等方面。

| Abstract: | This article used VOSviewer to analyze the relevant literature of adult ADHD on the platform of Web of Science from 2015 to 2019.It is found that adult ADHD research focuses on symptom performance,diagnosis and evaluation,pathology and treatment,and research hotspots focus on the interaction between adult ADHD and comorbid disorders,applicability of diagnostic assessment tools produced in children’s studies to adults,and the effects of drugs and psychotherapy on adults.It made suggestions for future research based on recent findings:explore the changes,consequences,and interventions of ADHD throughout the life cycle;establish a multidimensional assessment model for ADHD;and strengthen research on the treatment and efficacy of adult ADHD. |
