| Abstract: | The restriction keeps to the way of doing of abrogation death penalty,having already got widespread pprobation and expansion within the scope of the world.However the death penalty save to discard it to contend for already a long time,and continuous not unique.The intersections saved to discard in the death penalty.It is not only an ories problem but also a problem of practicing what should one do. |
