六方LiMnBO3/C复合物的合成及电化学性能

摘    要:采用流变相法方法,成功地合成了六方晶型的LiMnBO3/C复合材料.用XRD、TG、SEM等技术对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,并对其电化学性能进行了测试,结果表明:在电压范围为1.0~4.6 V,电流密度为10 mA/g的充放电条件下,煅烧温度为800℃时,合成的样品首次放电比容量达到了139 mAh/g,而煅烧温度为800℃时,合成的样品首次放电比容量只有105mAh/g.其电化学性能有了明显的改善,具有较高的可逆比容量和优良的循环性能.

Abstract:Hexagonal LiMnBO5/C composite were prepared by a rheological phase reaction method, using LiOH ·2H2O, MnAc2·4H2O, and H3BO3 as reactants, Citric add was used as carbon source during synthesis process. The structure and mot phology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermagravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron micros copy (SEM) techniques. The initial specific capadty of the LiMnBO3/C dectrode (annealed at 830℃) was 139 mAh/g in a volatage of 0.01-4,6 V versus Li/Li+, but the initial spedfic capadty of the LiMnBO3/C electrode (annealed at 850℃) was just 105 mAh/g. The dectrochemical tests showed that the carborrcoated LiMnBO3 could greatly improve the discharge capacity, rate capability and cycling stability.
