太极拳运动对现代人体质健康影响的研究

摘    要:《全民健身计划纲要》颁布与实施十多年来,全民健身活动得到蓬勃开展,健身项目的选择将面临挑战。针对越来越多年轻人的不健康的生活方式,笔者经过社会实践和充分的调查认为:①太极拳是全民健身中主要的运动项目。②练习太极拳对适应现代生活方式的需要,有特殊的健身价值和意义。

Abstract:National fitness program, the promulgation and implementation of 10 years, the nationwide fitness activities are vigorously carried out, fitness selection of projects will be challenged. Based on unhealthy lifestyles of many young people, the author, through the social practices and full investigation, points out that 1 ) the Tai- jiquan is a main fitness sport event. 2) Taijiquan exercise has special fitness value and significance in adapting the need of modem lifestyle.
