谈高职秘书专业人才培养方向与课程设置

创办于20世纪80年代的秘书专业与培训，主要是为党政机关，事业单位输送大量的秘书专业人才，随着政治体制和经济体制改革的深入，高职秘书专业教育的培养方向应从传统的培养党政机关行政秘书模式转位到为适应社会主义市场经济需要的企业职业秘书上来，由此必需相应调整课程设置，注重教学内容和教学方法的改革。

On the Training Orientation and Curriculum for Trained Personnel of Secretarial Major in Higher

The secretarial training set up in the eighties of 20th century was mainly oriented to the needs for secretarial staff in Party and government offices and institutions.However,with further proceeding of the reforms for political and economic system of our country,the training orientation of which should divert from its traditional mode to that directed at the needs of professional secretarial staff for enterprises so as to meet the demand of socialist market-oriented economy.Hence the necessity of adjusting relevant curriculum and laying emphasis on the reforms of its teaching content and methodology.
