| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本理论为大学的发展发挥了重大推动作用，但因研究方法的缺陷而未能发现大学成本的膨胀形态，形成合理的学费政策。这在客观上推动了大学教育成本、收费标准的急剧暴涨。因此，需要创新教育成本的研究方法．重构高等教育分担政策。
