农村初级中学体育后备人才的培养现状研究

文章采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法对松原市农村初级中学培养体育后备人才的现状展开了研究,得出如下结论：设施种类相对较少且落后,体育场馆面积与器材配备达标率偏低;训练中科学化程度低,缺乏科学的监测手段;学校领导对体育后备人才培养重视程度不够.

On the Present Situation of Rural Junior High School Sports Reserved Talents Cultivation

This article uses the cultivating sports reserve talents literature, questionnaire survey and other in Songyuan City rural junior high schools, research methods to study the status quo of and draws the following conclusions： facilities are relatively few and backward, and area of sports venues and equipment are equipped with a success lower rate, low degree of scientific training, lack of scientific monitoring method; School leaders to sports reserve personnel training importance is not enough.
