摘    要:教师存在心理问题,若得不到及时疏导和调整,直接影响学生身心的健康发展。通过营造以人为本的工作环境来维护教师的心理健康是一个很重要的策略,但更为关键的是广大教师应不断自我进行心理建设,在认知方式、情绪和行为表现等方面重新建立起积极的反应模式,减少不良情绪的产生,才能身心健康。
