提取方法、试剂对不同高等植物叶片叶绿素提取效果的比较分析

摘    要:分别采用浸泡法和研磨法,比较分析了7种混合试剂对烟草、油菜和毛白杨叶片叶绿素的提取效果。结果表明,7种提取试剂采用研磨法对三种供试植物叶片叶绿素的提取效果均优于浸泡法,其中体积比为4.5∶4.5∶1的无水乙醇、丙酮和水的混合液研磨提取效果最好。

Comparative Analysis on The Methods and Solutions of Chlorophyll Extraction of Different Higher Plant

Abstract:By using soaking and grinding methods,the chlorophyll extraction effects of the seven kinds of extraction solution to the leaves of tobacco,oilseed and Chinese white poplar were compared.The results indicated that the methods of grinding is better than soaking for all of the seven extraction solutions in the chlorophyll extraction of the three experimental plant leaves,of all the extraction solution,the best one is the mixture of ethanol,acetone and water(v/v/v=4.5:4.5:1) with grinding method.
