| 摘 要： | 通过透视德国职业教育的特点及教育价值观,以及对中、德两国职业教育发展的背景对比分析,论证"文明的移植"的不可行性。因而,应该借鉴它的一些基本思想,结合国情、区情制定因地制宜的政策以推动我国职业教育的改革和发展。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to prove the infeasibility of"the transplantation of civilization"by analyzing the characteristics and values of German vocational education,and comparing the developmental backgrounds of vocational education in China and Germany as well.Thus,it comes to a conclusion that we should make policies by learning from some acceptable ideas according to actual situations in our country in order to reform and develop vocational education. |
