| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors think that the ideological transformation has laid a solid foundation for the establishment and development of a national document delivery center, and the development of networking has provided a good condition. Besides, the authors also introduce experiences of document delivery centers in foreign countries and proposes patterns, plans and issues in the development in China. 8 refs. |
