| 摘 要： | 足球比赛的结果,受多种因素的影响,其中,裁判的作用不可低估,一场调换南量的比赛,离不开裁判的正确判罚和有效控制。我国足球水平的提高,不单纯是指球员及教练员业务水平的提高,裁判的水平提高也是一个方面。加强对裁判员的业务能务培养及道德品质教育,也是提高我国足球水平的一个重要方面。

| Abstract: | The result of a football match is affected by many factors, among which the role of referees cannot be underesti-mated. Referee' s right judgement and effective control play an important role in a competition of high standard. To improve the football level of our country does not simply mean to improve the professional skill of players and coaches. It also includes improving that of referees. Therefore, the strengthening of referees professional training and education in ethics becomes a key motive force to improve the football level of our country. |
