On the Cultivation of Applied Innovative Talents in Newly Established Undergraduate University

Institutions of higher education bear the historical tasks to cultivate creative talents for our country.Institutions at different levels have different objectives and requirements for creative talent cultivation.The newly-founded universities have already taken an important role in the higher education in our country.Therefore,the cultivation problem of creative talents in the newly-founded universities will directly influence the development of our country's higher education.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the newly-founded universities and puts forward the objective orientation for the cultivation of applied creative talents in the newly-founded universities.It also discusses the methods and system support for the cultivation of applied creative talents in the newly-founded universities.
