| 摘 要： | 提高领导干部的非权力性影响力,是建立一支能够担当重任,经得起风浪考验的高素质的领导干部队伍的需要,是落实“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现,是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的一个重要组成部分。领导干部的非权力性影响力,应着重从五个方面进行培养和提高:培养高尚的品德,做到德高一品;掌握渊博的学识,做到识高一筹;锻造过人的本领,做到技高一等;开阔博大的胸怀,做到度量过人;培育适宜的情感,做到情为民系。 |

| Abstract: | The promotion of the cardres' non-power effect is necessary in t he cultivation of qualified cadres who can shoulder their responsibility and stand severe tests. It is a way to practice The Three Representatives and it put for ward the great party construction project. The cultivation of the cadres' non-po wer effect can be realized from the five levels:morality,profound and extensiv e learning,superman's ability,broad mindedness and affection. |
