试论我国竞技体育领域的"人本化"管理

摘    要:阐述并分析我国竞技体育领域,一些教练及相关管理人员对运动员实施的管理,旨在剖析我国竞技体育领域管理中所存在的问题:“人本化”意识薄弱、“人本化”含量低下。并很大程度上危害了运动员的身心健康、制约了竞技体育的发展。基于当今我国竞技体育管理中所存在的问题,实施“人本化”管理势在必行。最后提出若干“人本化”管理的要求及注意事项。

Abstract:Explaining and analyzing the field of athletics sports of our country,the coach and relevant administrative staff implement management to the athlete,aim at analyzing the question existing in the management of athletics sports of our country: "People First " consciousness weak,"People First " low content originally in managing,and has endangered the development of the athlete's physical and mental health,restriction athletics sports to a great extent.on the basis of our country athletics sports question existed in the management nowadays,implement "People First" imperative management.Put forward several demand and precautions of management that " People First" finally.
