山西省中等职业教育人才培养模式研究

近年来,山西省在推进职业教育集团化发展,走校企结合、工学交替的人才培养之路等方面迈出了实质性的步伐,但也存在着因产业结构不合理造成的中等职业教育定向不明、求稳求妥的山西文化导致的中等职业教育的普教化倾向、产业集群竞争力不强制约企业参与学校人才培养的积极性等问题。山西省中等职业教育人才培养的有效模式是校企结合、工学交替,有效途径是行业性或区域性的职业教育集团化的运作。

Research into the Talent Training Model of Secondary Vocational Education in Shanxi Province

In recent years,Shanxi province has taken a substantial step in promoting the development of vocational education grouping and talent training by the school-enterprise cooperation,alternating learning and working,but there are also issues,such as the indefinite orientation of middle vocational education caused by the irrational industrial structure,the general education tendency of middle vocational education led to by the Shanxi culture of stability wanting and the inactivity of the enterprise in school training personnel due to the less competitive trade group.The effective model of talent training in middle vocational education of Shanxi is school-enterprise cooperation,alternating learning and working,and the effective way is the operation of vocational education grouping of trade or region.
