Exploration On Problems Existed in Professional Administrative Management Staff of Higher Vocational Schools

To strengthen the construction of professional administrative staff is the key for assuring the smooth development of higher vocational and technical schools.However,there exist some problems in the management of professional administrative staff in higher vocational schools,such as don’t paying enough attention and imperfect salary system.Therefore,higher vocational and technical schools should transform the view on professional development,regulate appointment system and strengthen vocational training for administrative staff of higher vocational schools.
