高职教育财政投入的分析与思考

教育的发展离不开资源的投入,在促进高等职业教育发展的过程中,财政投入担负着重要作用。随着高等职业教育重要性的日益体现,高职教育财政投入情况也明显改善,但仍存在诸多问题,如投资体制存在着总量上增长但增幅小,结构上支出安排不够合理,区域投资不平衡,财政投入管理和运作机制不合理等。因此,要进一步调整和优化财政政策,强化政府的管理职能,创新财政投入方式,构建财政绩效评价体系,加大对高职教育财政扶持力度。

On the Financial Investment for Higher Vocational Education

Financial investment plays an important role in the process of promoting the development of higher vocational education.With the development of vocational education,financial investment for higher vocational education also improved significantly,but there are still many problems,such as the total sum has gown but the magnitude is still small,the structure of spending arrangement is not reasonable enough,regional investment is imbalance,and financial investment management and operation are irrational.Therefore,we need to further adjust and optimize fiscal policy,strengthen the management functions of the government,change the way of financial investment and to build the financial performance evaluation system in order to increase the intensity of higher vocational eduncial support.
