科技馆微信公众号的现状与发展建议——基于全国174个科技馆微信公众号的统计数据

本文采用网络搜索、文献检索、数据统计等方法,从开通账号、推送信息、提供服务三个层面对我国174个科技馆微信公众号进行分析,总结不足之处,并提出发展建议:以管理革新为动力,提升微信公众号的运营水平；以用户体验为中心,强化微信公众号的内容创作和传播能力；以数字技术的创新应用为突破,丰富微信公众号的服务功能。

The Status Quo and Development Suggestions for the WeChat Public Accounts of Science and Technology Museums:Based on Survey Data from WeChat Public Accounts of 174 Science and Technology Museums Nationwide

Using web search, literature review, data statistics and other methods, an exploration of the WeChat public accounts of 174 science and technology museums in China was conducted. The research focused on three dimensions:account opening, information dissemination and service provision. After identifying the shortcomings, the paper makes three recommendations for further development:first, to improve the operational capability of WeChat public accounts with management innovation as the impetus; second, to give priority to user experience in improving the content creation and communication capability of WeChat public accounts; and third, to enrich the service functions of WeChat public accounts with the innovative applications of digital technology as the breakthrough.
