Abstract:Based on experiments and a questionnaire survey, as well as teaching experience, this article discusses issues about teaching Chinese synonyms to second language learner. Specifically, what important and challenging points of difference between synonyms should we explain to students? What pedagogical strategies can be used? What are the effects of these strategies?
