| 摘 要： | 新型商品住宅社区是随着城市建设的发展和房改政策的实施而出现的，本文依据社区体育的有关理论．根据社区体育服务的设施服务、组织服务、指导服务、宣传服务四个维度，针对存在的问题，构建了我国新型商品住宅商品社区体育服务体系，并确立了人力资源、资金保障策略。

| Abstract: | The new conanercial housing community emergence is alone with the city construction development and housing reform policy implementation. This paper, based on the theory of community sports, and according to community sports services facilities, organizational services, guidance services, advocacy services in four dimensions, in view of existing problems, builds China＇s new commercial housing community sports service system and establishes human resources, capital protection strategy. |
