| 摘 要： | 近几年来,人才学的研究在我国已经蓬勃开展起来了,但对于体育人才这方面研究甚少。本文从人才学的角度,在前人的基础上归纳出六种不同的新型体育人才:体育竞技人才、体育教育人才、体育科技人才、体育管理人才、体育产业人才、体育媒体人才,并进行了阐述以及对体育人才的结构进行了简单的分析,便于以后深化对体育人才的认识,更好地管理体育人才。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the research on talent in China has flourished. However, there are few on sports talent research. From the point of talent study and based on some experts, this paper summed up six different kinds of sports talent: sports competitive, physical education, sports scientific research, sports management, sports industry and sports media talents. At the same time, the structure of sports talents is simple analyzed in order to deepen the understanding and better management of sports talents. |
