| 摘 要： | 科学评价重化工业自主创新能力,是发现自主创新问题、提高自主创新能力的前提和依据。通过评价指标体系的构建,采用投影寻踪对2006-2007年我国重化工业的自主创新能力进行评价分析。结果表明:2007年重化工业15个行业的自主创新能力较2006年有所增强,但各行业自主创新能力的排名变化不大,其中交通运输设备制造业、通信设备计算机及其他电子设备制造业的自主创新能力位列第一、第二,石油加工炼焦及核燃料加工业的自主创新能力最弱。

| Abstract: | Assessment of the ability of independent innovation of industry is the premise and basis of finding issues and improving its capability.This paper evaluates the ability of independent innovation of heavy and chemical industry using projection pursuit,by establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system.The results show that the ability of independent innovation in 2007 is enhanced than in 2006 overall,while the rank of each industry doesn't change significantly.Manufacture of transport equipment & manu... |
