| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后，技术性贸易壁垒已经取代反倾销措施，成为我国外贸企业面临的第一大非关税壁垒。由此，本从分析技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口的负面影响入手，阐述了政府应对技术性贸易壁垒的理由及应对措施。
