| 摘 要： | 建设中国特色的社会主义选举制度是发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明、全面建设小康社会的重要政治目标。通过与西方选举制度的比较,发现以人民代表大会制度为核心的我国选举制度明显优于西方,但是我国选举制度也存在着许多需要完善之处。

| Abstract: | Constructing the socialism electoral system with Chinese characteristics is an important goal in developing the socialist democracy politics, the construction of political civilization and construction well-off society. By comparison with West electoral system, it is clear that our National People’s Congress system surpasses West electoral system, but our country electoral system also exists many places that should to be perfected. |
