针对我国人力资源丰富但人力资本短缺的现象，本介绍了人力资本投资的理论与实践，重点分析了加大人力资本投入对我国经济增长的作用，并指出了我国目前人力资本投入存在的问题和解决措施，旨在解决我国经济集约增长与人力资源过剩的矛盾，促进人力资源向人力资本的转化，扩大劳动就业，实现经济增长。

On the Function of Putting on More Investment of Human Capital to the Increase of Chinese Economy

China has abundant human resources, but it is short of human capital. This thesis mainly analyzes the function of putting on more investment of human capital to the increase of Chinese economy by introducing the theory and practice of human capital. This thesis points out the problem of Chinese human capital and provides the solution. All of these aim at solving the contradiction between the intensive increase of Chinese economy and the redundancy of human resources, promoting the transformation of human resources into human capital, enlarging employment and making the increase of Chinese economy come true.
