谷氨酰胺和精氨酸对运动性免疫抑制干预作用的研究

摘    要:为了进一步综合研究运动性免疫抑制的机制,并探讨谷氨酰胺(Glutamine,Gln)和/或精氨酸(Arginine,Arg)对调节机体免疫功能的影响及其机制,以及在预防运动性免疫抑制中的交互作用.通过对大鼠进行大负荷的运动训练建立运动性免疫抑制的模型,并补充Gln和/或Arg,测定了训练机体淋巴细胞的增殖功能、细胞因子和淋巴细胞的凋亡率等指标.结果发现:1)经过8周的大负荷运动训练后,大鼠外周血液中淋巴细胞转化率、血清IL-2、Gln和Arg含量显著降低,而淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量却显著升高.2)在大负荷运动训练后补充Gln或Arg,能够显著防止大负荷运动训练后血清中Gln和Arg含量的降低,使大鼠外周血中淋巴细胞的转化率和血清IL-2含量显著升高,并使淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量显著降低.3)联合使用Gln和Arg,虽然能提高大负荷运动训练后大鼠外周血淋巴细胞对PHA的增殖效应和血清IL-2含量,但是并没有明显的交互作用.但是对淋巴细胞的凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量具有显著的交互作用,使外周血中淋巴细胞凋亡率和血清sIL-2R含量进一步降低.

Abstract:In order to explore the mechanism of exercise-induced immunosuppression, and the effects and mechanism of Gln and/or Arg on modulation of immunologic function, and their integrated effects on sports immunosuppression. Sports immu- nosuppressive model was established successfully through SD rats were conducted heavy load swimming training for 8 weeks. Meanwhile the rats were administrated for Gln and/or Arg. The immunologic indexes including lymphocytic prolifer- ation function, serum cytokine, glutamine and arginine concentrations, and apoptosis of lymphocyte in peripheral blood were measured. The results showed: 1) After heavy training for 8 weeks, the serum IL-2, Gln, Arg concentrations and lymphocytic proliferation function decreased significantly, but the serum sIL-2 concentration and rate of lymphocytic apopto- sis increased drastically. 2) Supplement of Gln or Arg after heavy training might prevent the decrease of serum Gln and Arg concentration, and increase the IL-2 concentration and lymphocytic proliferation function markedly. In the meantime, and decrease the serum sIL-2 content and the rate of lymphocytic apoptosis significantly. 3) Combinative supplement of Gln and Arg after heavy training have significant interaction on serum sIL-2R content and the rate of lymphocytic apoptosis. Al- though it may further increase serum IL-2 and lymphocytic proliferation function, there was no significant interaction.
