| 摘 要： | 在供应商开发行为相关理论分析和探索性访谈基础上,以我国200余家企业为对象进行问卷调查,通过探索性因素分析对供应商开发行为进行萃取,共提取7个主要供应商开发行为,包括对供应商进行直接投入、对供应商进行奖励、与供应商进行有效沟通、对供应商进行评价并及时反馈、与供应商维持长期关系、提高对供应商绩效的期望、在供应商网络中引入竞争机制。
