| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈和问卷调查等方法,对安徽省普通高校大学生参与体育课自主选项的特征进行研究.结果表明:安徽大学生体育课自主选项体现了目标取向的多元性;兴趣爱好决定着项目的取舍;"健康第一"是普遍的体育学习诉求;对"终身体育"理念有较强的价值认同感;趋同于团队精神与合作意识的培养;注重培养自身良好的个性能力.

| Abstract: | The article researched the characteristics of autonomous choice in physical education at colleges and universities in Anhui through the literature material,interviews and questionnaires,and other methods.The results showed :physical education autonomous choice in Anhui universities reflects the objectives of diversity;interest decides the project."Health First" is the universal aspirations to sport;having a strong identity to the idea of "life-long sports";convergence in the sense of cultivating to the team spirit and cooperation;focusing on cultivating their own good personality. |
