| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业难的问题是全社会高度关注的社会问题之一。目前,大学生就业难主要还是结构性矛盾问题,大学生能力状况与用人单位岗位要求不匹配。从高校和学生的角度来看,培养提高大学生自身就业能力,是缓解就业难题的解决方法之一。
